♡ Real Techniques Deep Cleansing Gel Review ♡

Cleaning makeup is probably the worst day of the week, especially when you have lots of brushes, however it's all worth it in the end, because who doesn't love clean and great smelling brushes?!

I used to use Shampoo to clean my brushes, I heard it more or less did the same job, however I wasn't feeling that my brushes were cleaning 100% so I decided to go out a buy a cleaner designed for makeup brushes, so as I was browsing Superdrug, I came across this Real Techniques deep cleaning gel, and as most of brushes were from RT, I thought I can't go wrong.

Price - £6.99

How to use -
  • Damp the tip of the brushes with warm water.
  • Place a 2p amount of product into the palm of your hand.
  • Then use circlar motions to clean the brush (I found I had to repeat this a few times with the brushes I used everyday, for example my foundation brushes)
  • Once no more product is coming out the brushes, rinse with water until there are no more bubbles.
  • Then dry brush with towel, then leave to dry.

My Brushes always smell amazing and are so soft after using this gel.

I try to do this a least once a week, to make sure my brushes are looked after.

♡ Barry M Nail Polish Collection ♡

So I don't know about you, but first thing I do when I walk into boots or Superdrug is head straight to the Barry M section and look at their Nail Polishes, they have endless colours and the just scream 'buy me, buy me!' can't say no can I?

Out of the range of different nail polishes BarryM I have, I find that the nail paint isn't my favourite, as I find you need more coats and it takes longer to dry, but when I have time to pain my nails, I love the colours.

If you can't tell, then the Gelly Hi-Shine Nail polishes are my favourite from BarryM, I love the range of different colours they have and the finish to the polish is amazing, and they have a lovely shine, these are my go to nail polishes, you also don't need many coats, on the brighter colours a lot of time one coat is enough!

These three nail polishes I tend to wear more for nice occasions, I Really like the Matte colour in the winter, the other too I find I wear a lot more in the summer!

Overall Barry M nail polishes have a long wear, don't tend to chip easily, for around £3.99 they are amazing!

♡ Haul - Primark, Superdrug & Benefit ♡

Nothing better than going on a lovely shopping trip with Lucy to end 2015.

Primark -

I have wanted a Thermal Mug for a while now, because there is nothing better than a hot chocolate in the mornings, so now I can take my drink with me on my way to college, plus how pretty is the pattern on this one!

£3.00

Once again the sock monster has come and taken some of my socks leaving me with odd socks, so I brought was more hopefully these will stick around!

I thought the pattern on these are really cute!

£2.50

The main reason I went to Primark was to get some PJ bottoms, and I found these, not only are they the cutest things, but they were also in the sale, so I couldn't say no... right?

£3.00

I have been on the look out for a pair of boots for a while as my current ones are falling apart!

I found these, which I was surprised by how nice they were, for some reason, the 'wide fit' fitted me better than then normal boots, which is very weird because I have quite narrow feet.
They have a slight heel, they are very comfortable!

£15.00

The last thing I picked up form Primark, were these fairy lights, I swear every time I go to Primark I always get lights!

These are have really cute butterflies and flowers on. They are battery powered, which is great if you don't want wires running across the floor.

£3.00

Benefit -

AHH! I finally bit the bullet and got the Hoola Bronzer, everyone is always saying how amazing this is, and I can totally agree, It blends so easily and creates a lovely finish!

It is pretty expensive for a bronzer, but from the reviews I have heard it lasts a long time and is worth the money.

£23.50

Of course I went to superdrug to look at the makeup, as I did need a new concealer, I wanted the try something new and I have heard many people say they love the Maybelline The Eraser Eye Concealer, so far I really like it.

£7.99

I have also wanted to try the Maybelline Lash Sensation, as everyone has said its amazing and like Roller Lash, as I love Roller Lash but it is more on the pricier side, I thought I would try this Mascara as an cheaper option, I am yet to try it, but will let you know my thoughts once I have!

£7.99

Maybelline currently have a 3 for 2 offer, so after about 20 minutes of deciding what my third product would be, I finally picked the Baby Skin, again people have said this like Benefit porefessional, I have tried this, but I haven't decided if I liked it or not, once I have tried it properly, I will share my thoughts.

£7.99
(but was free because of the 3 for 2 offer!)

Then because I brought three Items you got a free gift, which was a nail set, with a red and then gold there were also the options for sliver or white, but I love red and gold nails :)

☼ Summer Haul - Boohoo, Primark, Superdrug... ☼

I have finally found sometime to sit down and a write a post!

As I am going on holiday at the end of the month to Spain! I have been doing a lot of summer shopping plus picking up some random things...

Primark -

I have been trying to find a small bag for a while now, as the bag I have been using is just too big for everyday use, and it doesn't have any pockets inside.
I went to Primark today and found this adorable bag, it's a light tanned bag, with a short handle and a long body strap. It has one small zip pocket in side and a phone pocket.
It's a small bag but has a lot of room!
It also has lovely gold detailed on the outside!

For while now I have been trying to find a phone case and card holder, for nights out, as its small and keeps everything together!
I have finally found one after what seems like month of looking for a nice one, I found this one in Primark, they had this one and a light pink one, but I thought the black one would go with a lot more and stay cleaner.
It also has a wrist strap, so its harder to lose.
I cannot wait to use this on Friday!

___________________Price - £4.00______________________
I picked up some things that I always pick up, which were, Hair slides, a pack of thin hair bands, then a pack of 6 small flower detailed clips, which I thought would come in handy.

Prices - Hair bands/slides £1.00 each
___________________Hair Clips - £2.00___________________
I needed a pair of cheap flip flops for my holiday, and Primark in the place to go! They have a wide range of different designs and colours, I picked out these ones as I thought they were really pretty.
They are so cheap it doesn't even matter if they don't last the summer!

Superdrug-

The main reason I went to Superdrug was to see if they had the new products from Zoella's beauty range 'Tutti Fruiti'. As soon as I walked in I spotted them! It was so hard to pick which product to get, as I told my self only one, I need to save money!
I picked the 'scrubbing me softly' body scrub, as I have wanted a body scrub for while so I thought it would be the perfect one to try!
It smells amazing, and I love the packaging of all the products, will definitely be picking up some more very soon!
(Side note; was the first person in Hereford to pick up the body scrub! woo!)

___________________Price - £8.00___________________

I have seen a lot of people talking about the eye shadow palettes from Collection, They have three different palettes available, I picked up 'Nude Bronze' which has a range of 6 shimmer eye shadows, all the colors are perfect for the summer time, you can create lots of different eye looks with just this palette.
The colours are all very pigmented which is amazing.

(side note; These Palettes are currently reduced in Superdrug!)

I was in Accessorize trying to find my mum some sunglasses, but instead I found a pair for me not that I need them but when I looked to see how much they were they were 70% off which made them £3 down from £10 Bargin!
They are similar to the RayBan style, which I love but can't bring myself to buy a real pair, these are just as good and will be perfect for my holiday!
They have a black frame, with a purple ombre tint to the lenses, they also have CAT 3 which protects your eyes from the sun!

___________________Price - £3___________________

Boohoo -

The first thing I picked was this floral 'Orla Printed Button Through Crop Cami' I picked the one in Black and white, I thought it would go with a lot more, It's very flattering on me and perfect for summer!

This top is also currently in the sale!

___________________Price - £8.00_________________

I picked this basic cream oversized crop top, its very light which is perfect for the hot weather, it goes very well with both shorts and jeans!

Price - £8.00

This was more of a random buy, as I thought it looked really pretty on the website, It's an oversized Grandad checked shirt. I got mine in a size Small, it is very over sized! The back is a lot longer than the front.

Price - £18.00

This is one of my favourite things I picked, it was in the sale and its this beautiful skort, I have never had a skort before, I have tried them on, but they never looked right in the store, I thought I would give it another try, and this one looks amazing on, and the pattern is lovely.

Price - £8.00

This is again one of my favourite things I got, its a pair of runner shorts, in this lovely aztec print, they are quite thin which is perfect for the hot weather.

Price - £10.00
The finally thing I picked up was this beautiful bikini, I am not very body confident at all, which is why I got a high waisted one, I have never owned or worn a bikini before so, it was hard picking out one, that I liked. I finally picked this one mostly for the lovely pattern and the colours.

Price - £18.00
